I am deeply distressed and highly perplexed here. First of all, I see the "lions" share of Newsvine users, who love to SCREAM for "free speech", YET, they are also the first to "gang up" and collapse, ANYTHING that does not agree with their own agenda. See, it does NOT work both ways my friends. Either we support the U.S. Constitution ALL the time, or we do not at all. If what you have to say is more important than those who may disagree with you, or vise versa, then you are simply a hypocrite, and you do NOT support, and try to make sure the U.S. Constitution is there for all, Equally applied for all. Having the feature on Newsvine, allowing this, simply promotes the "gang" mentality, and discourages those with an opinion, equally protected, by the Constitution, to simply not waste their time. If this is NOT the goal of the Newsvine (I dont believe it is), then there MUST be implemented a feature that will NOT allow this. If a person is truly writing filth and pornography, or blatant hate speech, then by all means, collapse and deal with it. However, if you see people collapsing comments, just because they dont agree with their philosophy, then these people need to be suspended or banned, if the practice continues. Thank you.
